Terms of Service

1. What you’re buying
MyPageForNow sells temporary, exclusive display of a name and a short text message on this website for a fixed duration. A purchase grants display time only — no other rights, endorsements, or ownership of any kind. Only one owner is displayed at a time; if the page is owned or reserved, your slot begins after the ones ahead of you end. Times shown before checkout are estimates, and your exact slot is set when payment is confirmed.
2. Bidding
Each duration has a fixed base price, which is also the minimum bid. When more than one purchase is waiting for the next slot, the highest bid goes first. Bidding never removes anyone’s ownership: a purchase that is outbid keeps its full duration and starts later instead. A slot can no longer be outbid once it is live or about to start, so an owner is never displaced mid-handover. The schedule stored on our server is the only authoritative one.
3. Content standards
Submissions are public. You may not submit content that is abusive, illegal, hateful, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful, nor content that infringes third-party rights, impersonates others, or contains links, HTML, or code. We may reject or remove any submission at our sole discretion, before or after it goes live. Where a paid submission is rejected before display, we will refund the purchase.
4. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. The amount charged is the bid you confirmed at checkout. All purchases are final once your submission has been displayed for any portion of its scheduled time, except where required by law. Schedules are computed in UTC and shown to you in your local timezone.
5. Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. If a technical failure prevents your submission from being displayed for a material portion of its scheduled slot, contact us and we will reschedule or refund the affected time.
6. Liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the affected purchase. Displayed names and messages are the words of their purchasers, not statements by MyPageForNow.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Questions? Write to hello@mypagefornow.com.
